BGCA Summit for America's Youth

Being behind the monitor is great, but getting out in the field is even better. For the BGCA Summit for America's Youth, I worked on everything, starting with pre-production all the way through post-production. The best part was actually traveling out to Washington, D.C., to provide the on-set art direction. We weren't just shooting a corporate spot; the goal was to capture the real, raw impact of the event and tell a story that genuinely honored the young leaders who were there. It was a massive effort to make sure the final edit felt as inspiring on screen as it did in person.

Family Dollar Holiday ‘24

Bringing Scrooge to life for a Family Dollar holiday commercial was just flat-out fun. The puzzle here was figuring out how to take a notoriously grumpy, classic Christmas character and drop him right into the middle of a value-retail spot without it feeling totally forced. I worked on everything from the early storyboards and script tweaks to being on set to art direct the talent. I love diving into these projects, working with the director and the actor to nail that perfect 'bah humbug' energy, while still making sure all our holiday product messaging hit exactly the way it needed to.

Family Dollar Holiday Social Videos

To get the absolute most out of our production shoot, we planned ahead to capture dedicated social content right alongside the main TV commercial. Working with footage of both our Scrooge and Santa characters, I handled the full post-production, editing the clips and designing custom motion graphics to make them pop in feeds. The result was a suite of high-engagement social assets that complemented the TV spot seamlessly.
